Every engagement is led by senior practitioners. You will not be shielded from difficult clients, ambiguous briefs, or high-stakes moments. That is the point.

No hierarchy theatre

We are a small firm. There are no layers of review, no approval chains, no office politics. Decisions are made by the people who own them, which means you own yours.

AI-native from day one

We use AI across everything: research, analysis, delivery, communication. If you are uncomfortable with that, we are probably not the right fit. If you are curious about it, we will accelerate your understanding significantly.

Dual-city, flexible

We are based between Hong Kong and Madrid. Client work spans Asia and Europe. We do not mandate location, but we do expect presence when the work requires it.
